What to read???

Ok, so this is what I'm going to see for MANY MANY hours on my way to the Netherlands. Then, I'll be there for 3 weeks with nothing to watch on television but CNN (which can be very entertaining actually!) So, since you people always read - unlike me, who just watches WAY too much TV - let's get some book recommendations! What should I go grab from Barnes and Noble before I head out?

Michael Cunningham's Specimen Days is terrific. Three short novellas in three different time periods with the same central three characters (all changed by the period but in essentially the same relationships). And if you ask nicely, I'll let you borrow my hardcover.

I agree on Sellevision. But if you want some fun light gay reading, try a book called "Hornito: My Lie Life" or something more serious read "The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay." So many options. Anything by Douglas Coupland is good, too. What are you in the mood for?
