Where are the F*CKING rice cakes???

Ok, so I am now in love with rice cakes. I dunno what possessed me to buy them when I was at home, but I did, and I love them. They are a great little snack, not too fattening, and come in ALL SORTS of different flavors! How exciting!

Well, on my past two trips to the grocery store, I haven't been able to find them. I looked in the chip aisle - NO! I looked in the cracker aisle - NO! I looked near the rice, bread, and cookies - NO! Seriously, where else should I look?

Well, I found them today. NEAR THE SPAGHETTI-O's! What the hell are they doing there? You might as well go put them in Automotive!

Gayin' it up!

I've been listening to Yahoo Music on Yahoo Messenger. Well, one of the stations they have is "Gay Club Mix". I LOVE IT! Seriously, if you'd pass by hotel room, you'd swear that it looks like this picture inside! HAHA! Thanks for the gay tunes Yahoo!!!

Myspace... ALL MYspace!!!!

Ok, so I forgot who got me hooked on this thing, but I am. I am totally addicted to myspace! I've gotten in touch with SO many people that I had lost contact with, and it's great to see how everyone is doing.
The sad part is when I don't call people. Instead, I just send them messages on myspace. Or, instead of actually going out and doing something, I just sit in front of the computer, waiting to get a comment or something! Sadness, I know.
So, if you ARE on myspace and I'm not one of your friends, hit me up!

This week in ...McAllen, TX!

Well, only half of the week was in McAllen. The first few days of the week were spent in South Padre Island , where a group of us went to enjoy Spring Break on our days off! It was fun times! I had never been to "spring break", so it was fun to experience all the crazy madness. Lots of alcohol was drunk by all, and we all had a good time together.

And as for my favorite part of spring break ...

Now, as for the rest of the week, it was pretty low key. Most of it was spent recovering from the madness of spring break.

I was in for Count this week, which was a nice change of pace. I have another week to go, and then hopefully Christie will be back. If not, who knows?

Next week also means back to Body For Life, and I am going to start going to the gym. After seeing all the hot bodies on the beach, it is time for me to start working out! I've stopped drinking soda, started drinking lots of water, and started taking my vitamins again! I WILL BE HOT FOR THE END OF TOUR!!! Oh, and I need to get back in the sun to start working on that tan!!! So hopefully I can go from this...

to...

And hopefully the blonde will come with the package too! ;) So, we are off to Corpus Christi, and into 2 split weeks, so there will be 2 cities to talk about! WHEW! Til next week...

Starbucks heaven!

So, for those of you who don't know, I LOVE me some Starbucks. Actually, I just love coffee. My fave to get is usually an Iced Mocha ... and then I add about a pound of sugar. Sorry, I like my shit sweet!

Well, there is a new beverage - the Marble Mocha Macchiato! It is white chocolate then the milk or whatever, then a shot of espresso on top, then drizzled with dark chocolate. I must say that this drink is DELICIOUS! Kristin, my Rosita, says that this is her favorite drink to get anywhere. Well, I must agree with her! It is delightful. And the sweetness of the white chocolate means I can almost go without adding any more sugar to it. Crazy huh?

So, what's your favorite Starbucks selection? (Sorry Dustin, I stole the question thing!)

My future!

One week in Count. TWO weeks in Count! Our Count, Christie broke a vertebrae in her tailbone. She broke her ass. And I'm in for her for the next two weeks. AH AH AH!

This week in ... Baton Rouge, LA!

So, this week, the tour was in Baton Rouge, LA! Now, I am from Lafayette, which is only an hour away. So I got to stay at home this week! I was very excited to see my family and friends. :)

The thing that sucked is that I had to drive for an hour to Baton Rouge and back every day that I had to work. Poo!

Didn't really do much this week. Just a whole lot of sitting around and relaxing at home. We did have everyone over to our house on Saturday for some BBQ. About 12 people from the cast came, and we all ate like big ol' fat kids! Good times!

Oh, and I went tanning, in preperation for the summer, and for our little Spring Break expedition next week. We have 4 days off, so we are going to take a little road trip and hit the beach! WOO HOO! I can't wait to just lay out!

So, hats off to you Baton Rouge, and Lafayette. I'll miss ya! See ya in July!

Speak up, speak out!

Communication. It's necessary!

See, I have a problem with people who don't communicate. Without hearing exactly what is going on, or exactly what is on someone's mind, I fill in the rest with my overly imaginative, pessimistic ideas. You can see where this can lead to problems.

See, Friend A doesn't communicate that well. We've always had problems in that department. Well, we are now trying to work through our problems. But, in order to do that, we need to talk to each other and express our feelings. Well, that's kinda hard when Friend A doesn't want to talk to me because that causes emotions to surface ... causing more problems. So, do we stay silent and have problems ... or talk and have problems?

Let's go to Friend B. We did communicate. Talked all the time. And suddenly ... nothing. Suddenly Friend B is too busy to communicate. Odd.

It's baffles me that with cell phones in everyone's pockets, and the internet at everyone's fingertips ... no one really talks to one another. There are so many people that I have lost contact with ... and they are only a phone call away. So many problems could be avoided, or solved , if people just opened their mouths.

So talk!

OINK BITCHES!!!

Oh yah, I'm a pig! I am home for the week since we are playing Baton Rouge, and my house is just an hour away. Well, one bad thing about being home is that I EAT! Last night I cooked enough for like 4 .... and I ate for about 3! This afternoon, my parents and I went to the chinese buffet place ... and I went to the buffet twice! Thank God we did weigh-ins last week and not this week! I wonder how many pounds I'll pack on this week ... and have to lose before the next weigh-in! haha!

This week in ... Oklahoma City, OK!

So, here is a new thing that I am going to try to start doing. Every week, I want to blog about the city that I was in and the fun things that happened while I was there ...

So, this week is Oklahoma City, OK! This is a picture of a model of the memorial for the Oklahoma City bombing. Now, I didn't go there this week, but I have gone other times that I was here in Oklahoma City, and it's really beautiful.

So, this week was my first week back from Holland. It is nice just to be back in the states - where everyone speaks English. It is kinda weird to think that I will be on tour til July ... and not just for a few weeks!

Jeffo and I ate at a wonderful place called Pei Wei. It is like a fast food version of P.F. Chang's! Lunch was awesome, and Jeffo and I ate like fat girls! WOO HOO!

On the opposite hand, I joined the "Body for Life" gang. A bunch of us are on the eating plan for BFL. Now, I don't need to lose weight, but it's nice to have all my meals planned out. And, this week I paid $27 dollars to eat for the week. AWESOME!!!

And speaking of awesome, Shari's birthday was Saturday. Shari is pretty much the BFL cook, so I adore her. She's a great cook, and a great person as well! We had a blast celebrating her birthday! HAPPY B-DAY SHARI!!!

Well, next week is Baton Rouge, and I will be home! EXCITEMENT!!!! Let ya know all about the happenings on then!

Praise the Fool!

Why was this man preaching about Jesus this morning on some televangelist TV program this morning? Really?

I pity the fool who don't praise Jesus!

BOOM BOOM!

There is currently some LOUD party happening downstairs in the restaurant thingie of our hotel. They are playing some ghetto music too, so it is just a bunch of bass thumpin'. This better not be an all-night affair, or I might have to put a cap in someone's ass. Not cute!

HELLY MONSTER!!!

This, my friends, is Telly Monster. He is one of the charcters that I understudy. Now, in the beginning of my Sesame Street career, I was Telly Monster. I was Telly for a year and 3 months! So, when I became an understudy, I was SO glad to get out of Telly.

Well, I was in Telly for 5 weeks after the first week of opening that year. And I was in a few times after that. And I was Telly for 3 months on International ... and then just this last week of International - I WAS TELLY! So, coming back to the states, I thought that I would be away from him for a little while.

Well, this morning, I got a call saying that the guy that usually plays Telly was sick ... and I was going in. Best part - I didn't know the role AT ALL! I didn't know my chorepgraphy, my blocking, NOTHING! Oh, what a stressful morning!

So, thank you Telly Monster, for making my life a living hell! Love ya!

This here is pretty much what I looked like in the show. Pretty much frantic while other muppets looked at me with that "Where is he going to go next?" fearful look in their eyes! Oh, fun times!

Well paint my door red, and change my name to Elizabeth Arden!

Well, yesterday, I decided to treat myself to a little beauty treatment. I went to the mall to get my nails did. Now, if you have never had a manicure or a pedicure .... GO GET THEM DONE! It is so nice and relaxing. And for someone who bites their fingernails, it's nice to have them look all nice and purty! So, they got all the dead "dancer feet" skin off my feet, and got them all ready for SANDALS!!! And then I got my fingernails done, and did a parafin wax dip thing too. That was weird, but my hands felt really nice after. So, after that .. I decided I might as well go get my hair cut too! And with all that, I just HAD to buy a pair of shorts and sunglasses! HAHA!

Well, then I got back to the hotel and Kristin and Jeffo were doing ear candles! Now, if you don't know what ear candles are, they are these cool cone/tube things that you stick in your ear and light. The heat causes a natural suction, and it sucks the excess wax out of your ear. Now, you look pretty stupid sitting there with this flaming piece of paper sticking out ofyour ear, but they really do work. It's kinda gross to see what they suck out of your ear!

So, I feel all pretty now!

Home of the Exhausted!

Dolly was so excited to see me at the airport last night! And I was so happy to see her too! I AM SO HAPPY TO BE BACK IN THE STATES!!! Don't think I didn't enjoy Holland. I did. I had a great time and made some wonderful memories. BUT ... It's nice to be home. My cell phone works! The food tastes better! TV is in ENGLISH!!! I love it all! So, I'm home! Pick up the phone and call me! I can answer now. And let's give it up for Dolly! It's the YOU -S-A!

CLICK!

Hey look! It's my new digital camera! Ain't she cute? Well, now it's time to go take some pictures top start posting on here! WOO HOO! Dustin, you should do the same!

Bad Day?

Ever had one of these kinda days?

Party's Over!

Well, here we are, the end. Today was the last day of shows for the international tour. It was a great experience - getting to work in both Japan and Holland. I met some amazing people, saw some great sights, and had LOTS of fun! As with any tour, I am sad to see some people go. I've made some great friends out here and shared some great memories. But it is all over, and now we pack our stuff and head our seperate ways. A few of us are headed to other tours, but for most of us ... this is the end. Hanging up the muppet fur for good. So, to the cast and crew of the international tour - Arigato and Dankjewel! You were all great, and it's been a time I will never forget!

The Beginning of the End...

So, I've been here in Holland for almost 3 weeks now, and we are in the last few days of this International tour. The countdown has begun, and we only have 8 more shows. For most of the people in the cast, this is the last time that they will be doing Sesame Street. A few of us are going out as replacements to finish out the season, then hanging up the muppet fur for good. I dunno what I am going to do after I finish the next few months out on the West coast tour. Too many people have been telling me that I should start auditioning for stuff, and maybe I'll go give that a shot. I mean, I love my job with Sesame Street, but it just might be time to move on. I've had a great time with both of my International casts, and I'd like to leave with good memories, and not all bitter and jaded! So, tonight is our end of tour party. So here is to the beginning of the end!

ps. - anyone wanna hire me???
