Well paint my door red, and change my name to Elizabeth Arden!

Well, yesterday, I decided to treat myself to a little beauty treatment. I went to the mall to get my nails did. Now, if you have never had a manicure or a pedicure .... GO GET THEM DONE! It is so nice and relaxing. And for someone who bites their fingernails, it's nice to have them look all nice and purty! So, they got all the dead "dancer feet" skin off my feet, and got them all ready for SANDALS!!! And then I got my fingernails done, and did a parafin wax dip thing too. That was weird, but my hands felt really nice after. So, after that .. I decided I might as well go get my hair cut too! And with all that, I just HAD to buy a pair of shorts and sunglasses! HAHA!

Well, then I got back to the hotel and Kristin and Jeffo were doing ear candles! Now, if you don't know what ear candles are, they are these cool cone/tube things that you stick in your ear and light. The heat causes a natural suction, and it sucks the excess wax out of your ear. Now, you look pretty stupid sitting there with this flaming piece of paper sticking out ofyour ear, but they really do work. It's kinda gross to see what they suck out of your ear!

So, I feel all pretty now!

I had a great time and made some wonderful memories. BUT ... It's nice to be home. My cell phone works! The food tastes better! TV is in ENGLISH!!! I love it all! So, I'm home! Pick up the phone and call me! I can answer now. And let's give it up for Dolly! It's the YOU -S-A!

Bad Day?

Ever had one of these kinda days?

Party's Over!

Well, here we are, the end. Today was the last day of shows for the international tour. It was a great experience - getting to work in both Japan and Holland. I met some amazing people, saw some great sights, and had LOTS of fun! As with any tour, I am sad to see some people go. I've made some great friends out here and shared some great memories. But it is all over, and now we pack our stuff and head our seperate ways. A few of us are headed to other tours, but for most of us ... this is the end. Hanging up the muppet fur for good. So, to the cast and crew of the international tour - Arigato and Dankjewel! You were all great, and it's been a time I will never forget!

The Beginning of the End...

So, I've been here in Holland for almost 3 weeks now, and we are in the last few days of this International tour. The countdown has begun, and we only have 8 more shows. For most of the people in the cast, this is the last time that they will be doing Sesame Street. A few of us are going out as replacements to finish out the season, then hanging up the muppet fur for good. I dunno what I am going to do after I finish the next few months out on the West coast tour. Too many people have been telling me that I should start auditioning for stuff, and maybe I'll go give that a shot. I mean, I love my job with Sesame Street, but it just might be time to move on. I've had a great time with both of my International casts, and I'd like to leave with good memories, and not all bitter and jaded! So, tonight is our end of tour party. So here is to the beginning of the end!

ps. - anyone wanna hire me???

Things that make you go H&M!

This is H&M! It is a lovely store that I first got to know from Chris Harper. There are a few stores in the Northeast and such, but none in the South. So, I learned about the greatness of H&M, and the AWESOME undies they have. I absolutely LOVE the underwear from there. They have a large selection of trunk style boxer briefs, which I love. And they come in all these fun colors and paterns and stuff. They have other fun clothes - (I bought jeans from there yesterday) - but it's the undies that totally win me over. Here are some pics of undies KINDA like H&M, but much more expensive. So, if there is an H&M near ya, feel free to buy me a pair or two!

My favorite part of the Winter Olympics? Figure skaters falling!

PEE!

You know what's crazy? Urine! It really is! I mean, ever notice how what you eat totally changes the smell and color of your pee? Well, traveling as much as I do, and eating all the crazy crap that I do - I HAVE noticed this. Too much coffee - the pee tells all! Oh, and VITAMINS! When I take vitamins, my pee turns bright yellow and smells just like my vitamins! Eww. Urine just can't keep a secret! Oh, and there is Bree holding some pee!

Disneyland Paris

Ok, so on our days off here in Holland, Chris and I took a trip on down to Disneyland Paris. Now, I had been there before, but looking back, I can't remember doing much there! Also, they have a Lion King show that kinda rips off the one I did in Orlando, so I was curious to see it. Well, this is what you would imagine it would be like - being Disney and all... Well, this is what it actually looked like...

It was rainy and cold the whole day. The Lion King rip-off was blah. It was nice to get out and go somewhere, but this Disney just wasn't as happy and cheery. It was just cold, and wet.

Sorry Mickey - the happiest place on Earth should have better weather!

GOLD MEDAL PERFORMANCE!!!

This is Emanuel Shandu. He's from Canada, and competed in the Olympics. Last night, he skated wearing this outfit. As you can probably see, his penis kinda showed. Well, watching it on TV and getting a full frontal shot, it looked like he had a raging hard-on. Maybe that's why he kept falling down? Anyway, as far as technical merit - he sucked. But in filling out a costume nicely - GOLD MEDAL!!!

Oh, and check out his ass ...

DAMN!!! I love figure skating!

WRONG WAY!

This morning was QUITE the adventure! Well, I agreed to drive Kristin and Shari, two girls on my tour, to the airport this morning. 5:15 this morning to be exact! This was after I was up until 3 after going out for a "going away" drink with Jeffo!

Well, a little backstory ... Shari hates flying. She dreads it. Add on top of that the fact that there was a HUGE blizzard on New York ... where they are flying. So you can imagine the tension!

Well, we left the hotel a few minutes later than planned. There had been crazy traffic thru the week, so I was a little worried about getting them to the airport in time. But, once we got on the road, the traffic was moving right along, and we we're going to be right back on schedule!

Well, we get to the airport, and we start to look for what terminal they are at. AND WE CAN'T FIND IT. So I ask ... "Are you flying out of this airport?" See, there are 2 airports in Houston, and WE WERE AT THE WRONG ONE!!!

They freak out! Poor Shari! They get on the phone with the airline, and I start driving to the other airport, which is an hour away!

Well, Kristin is on hold for an hour, they are calling their friends in NY saying that they'll never make it there - it's madness. Well, we get to the airport when their flight is supposed to be taking off. They go to the ticket counter, and the nice lady assures them that they'll get on another flight! WHEW!

I then had to drive back to the hotel to pack all of my luggage and drive myself to the airport ... and you know I checked which one before I pulled out of the parking lot!

Motel versus Hotel

Ok, so this week we are in a hotel where the room doors open to the outside, as in this picture. Now, this differs from hotels where the room door would open into a hallway. Personally, these hotels freak me out a little. I mean, not only does your room open up to the outside, where ANYONE could be walking by your room, there is also a HUGE window facing the outside too. So, random people could just be walking by, and look right into your room. It kinda freaks me out. What about when I am sleeping? Is there some freaky crazy person trying to peep in through the curtains? It just creeps me out!

The Crying Game...

Ok, so I love all my friends, especially my girl friends. But one thing that annoys me is when they get all upset and cry. ABOUT NOTHING! Or cry about some asshole of a guy that is treating them badly. WHY ARE YOU CRYING OVER HIM? HE'S AN ASSHOLE! I mean, I will fully support you in your bad decisions, but don't cry to me about it. Just freaking deal with it! Oh, and this crying game has been happening while we are out at a bar drinking. Don't ruin my buzz with you boo-hooing! So, wah wah wah, my pussy hurts! Just get over it, and order a drink!

Lost and Found

Ok, so last week we were in Minneapolis. Well, being back on tour, I decided that I should try to be organized and went and bought a new inster thing for my planner - for the new year. Well, I put it all in, and even wrote down our tour schedule. Well, the days go by, and it's time to pack up to head to the next city. Well, the planner is no where to be found. I searched the room like 17 times - still no luck. Now, I know you are thinking that it is just a planner. But here's the catch - my passport was in the planner. The passport that I needed for my trip to Holland in 2 WEEKS! I was freaking out. I didn't want to have to go through all the hassle of getting a new passport. Well, I was cursing all the mexican housekeeper ladies, and I was even eyeing my roommate as a possible suspect!

So, I got my dad to FedEx my birth certificate. I printed out the application for a new passport, and I was about to go and get the ball rolling on this adventure. Then, for some reason, I decided to check my suitcases to see if I possibly had packed it away somewhere and missed it. Now, I was pretty definate that it was no where in my suitcases. I mean, I had just packed them and didn't recall putting the planner in there. Well, low and behold, there is my planner, hiding behind one of my big ass shoes! I felt like SUCH a moron! But, I have my passport! Thank God!

I would just like to apologize for all the bad things I said abut mexican housekeepers and my roommate! Love you guys! :)

Brokeback Mountain

Ok, I saw it. I loved it. I am quite emotional at the moment. That's about all I can say!

Brokeback Mountian : better than an A+!

100th post!

Oh yah! Let's celebrate!

Let's Play School...

Ok, so I am here in Minneapolis, and flipping through the channels, I found this crazy channel that has been playing REALLY BAD school kids singing musicals. It's like a really bad show choir kinda thing, with really bad choreography and really bad costumes, and REALLY BAD SINGING! Why is this on TV? Who paid to have this put on the air? I just don't get it!

YEAH FOR BEER!!!

Ok, so, this post goes out to Dustin Harder. He would have totally enjoyed my day yesterday, and I was thinking about him the whole day! I miss you man!

So, we arrived in Minneapolis yesterday. Now, on tour, it seems that we spend more time in Minneapolis than we do at home. We come here for production to learn the shows, and then on the west coast tour, you come back here to perform for a week. So, we totally know our way around Minneapolis.

Well, the girls invited me to the Rock Bottom Brewery for lunch. They had about 6 or so different beers, and some great food. They also have "The Mug Club" - where you can get prizes depending on how many times you visit or on how many beers you drink. After 5 visits, you get a pint glass. Oh, we are all planning on going at LEAST 5 times to get a glass!

Later in the night, we went to Harvey's - a bar down the street. Well, on Mondays, it's $1 drafts and FREE CHILI!!!! FREE CHILI!! I was so excited. So, for about $5, I had a cute buzz and free dinner!

Tonight we are headed to Cuzzy's for some tots and grilled cheese! YUM!

POOPED!!!

Ok, so I am totally thrilled to be on tour with my good friends Jeffo and Carrie. The bad part is that these to can put away some drinks! We've been in St Louis since Monday - and we went out Mon - Wed. And we drank every night. Well, last night we had some friends from another show come visit us, so we all went down to the bar to hang out. Well, I had 4 Long Islands (which are pretty strong here, by the way) and I hadn't eaten dinner. Actually, I had barely eaten lunch! So, I was plastered! Well, after 3 days of partying, I AM EXAUSTED! We don't have a show until tomorrow night, and I think I'll be sleeping in all day. I need to detox a little too before the weekend comes and I find myself in another bar! Oh, tour life!

HOMO BINGO!

Ok, I freakin love Bingo. It's such a fun game. I love that you get all crazy excited and anxious for that one number to be called, then some jackass yells "Bingo!" and all your dreams of winning are shot down! Well, there is only one thing that can make Bingo better - A DRAG QUEEN CALLING NUMBERS! Yah, last night, we started off our stay in St. Louis with a night of "Homo Bingo" at a bar called Freddie's. It was hosted by the lovely Dieta Pepsi! We had a good time, and our new electrics guy - who is straight and is my new roomie - came along for the ride. We knocked back a few drinks and played a few fun games of Bingo. Jeffo actually won a game, and got some Alanis CD. Fun times all around. O -69!!!!!!

COOL!

Are you one of the 235?

Feels like home...

So, I'm back on tour in the states. Back on the same route that I've done twice. And it's like a case of deja vu! It's like it's all the same, yet, it's all different. There are a few familiar faces out here, so it makes it better. It is still wierd being the new kid. I'm not in on all the personal jokes, and I'm totally not up to date on all the drama that lurks in the shadows. Not being in the show kinda makes things wierd, too. Once I am on stage, sweating with the rest of them, things might be better. But, everyone has been nice, and it seems like a great group of people. Sunday was TV night, and I was happy to know that there was a group that got together to watch. Nothing like bonding over some great television. And although it is nice to feel welcome, I still miss my tour buddies from my other tours. Well, I should go and be social and make some friends! We just got into St. Louis, so maybe I should go walk around a bit and see what's out there!

HuHot ... YOU HOT!!!!

So, I went to dinner tonight with Jeffo and Bridget - my manager and assistant manager on tour. We went to this great mongolian grill placed called HuHot. You hot! I'm hot! We hot!

Anyway, the food was AWESOME! They had all these different sauces that you could put on your stuff, and the egg rolls were delightful. I went to the grill twice and I am SO stuffed right now - it's not funny!

So, if you have one of these near you, go check it out - it's hot!

Why I Hate Flying...

Ok, has anyone read this book? I totally think I need to after the WONDERFUL day of travel I had Thursday! Ok, so, it all started with me waking up at 3 AM in order for me to get showered and dressed and packed and to the airport for my 5:50 AM flight! Well, I got to the airport a little early and decided to just go thru security and hang out at the gate. Well, while going through security, they have to run my backpack like 5 times - for NOTHING! Stupid! So, then I am at the gate waiting. Next thing I know, I hear an announcement saying that the flight is being delayed because of heavy fog. Now yes, it was foggy, but I was annoyed. Isn't this why planes use all that GPS shit to navigate them, and that's why we can't use cell phones on the planes? Well, the fog took about 3 HOURS to lift! So at 9 AM I am finally making my way to Houston, where I'll fly straight to Omaha, instead of the Houston/Kansas City/Omaha flight I was supposed to be on. Well, I finally make it to Omaha, and I am just glad that the traveling is over. Well, I go to get my luggage .... AND IT'S NOT THERE!!!! Can this day get ANY worse? Well, try not getting your luggage til the next day!!! Well, Thurs. night, not knowing where my luggage was or when it would arrive, I went to Target and did some survival shopping. So, nowe I have brand new undies and socks, along with some toiletries and a new outfit! HAHA. Oh, and we fly on Monday to St. Louis! Maybe I should get this book, just in case there is a problem with the flight!

SUPER GROVER - Ready For Action!

Hey everyone! I'm going out on tour with Sesame Sreet Live's Super Grover - Ready for Action! So, check out http://www.sesamestreetlive.com for tour dates and ticket information! Maybe I'll be in your city soon!

No E-ticket?

Ok, so what the hell are the airlines thinking? I had to have a flight booked for me to go out on tour tomorrow - which is Thursday. Now the flight was booked Tuesday. Did I get an e-ticket for a flight that is 2 days away? NO! The stupid people at the airlines would not allow an e-ticket, and had to send paper tickets! So, it is now 7PM and I have a flight at 5:50 AM and my damn tickets still haven't shown! Does anyone else out there think that this is entirely ridiculous?

BUSY BEE!!!

Ok, so I'd just like to start by letting everyone know that I am back in the states! WOO HOO!!!

Holland was great! The last few days that we were in Amsterdam the internet was too expensive, so I was out of touch for a few days. But - it was great. Despite all the shows we did (40 shows in 20 days) and the crazy travel days we had ... We still had a blast. Everyone on the show was amazing. Everyone worked so hard, despite all the bullshit that we had to put up with. And I really truly liked everyone on that tour. It was fun times, and I was over too quickly! :( But, I will see you all in a few weeks!

So, back to not checking my e-mail and such. So I do finally check it Sunday before I fly home, and I had a message from Jeffo - the company manager of "Super Grover - Ready for Action" - the Sesame show on the west coast tour. He offered me a job as Tall Understudy on that show for the weeks that I am back until Holland! YAH! I GOT A JOB! So, I should be flying out like Wednesday - which gives me one day at home! Hmm.

Oh, and he wants me to go back after I am done with Holland to finish out the tour! So, my day planner is booked til July folks! Busy busy busy .... I should start on some laundry!

Well, hope that all of you are doing well, and call or email or text message now that I am back on this side of the ocean!

2006!

Ok, this is so NOT true, but don't ya feel that way sometimes? Anyway, I had a great NYE! We all went down to the city center here in Groningen to ring in the new year. They do it a little different in Holland - they stay home and ring in the new year with family, then the bars open at 12:30 and they get wasted then! So, we went to the streets of the city center to countdown with all the other crazies out there. There were lots of fireworks and madness. Then, we all hit the bar to drink in the new year! Fun fun times! Oh, and I think I kissed most of the cast. Aww, family!
So, Christina and I spent the whole day in our pajamas, hence the Bananas In Pajamas pic. We ordered pizza, and did absolutely nothing today! Now that's a way to start off the new year! We also made new year's resolutions. We decided to let go of lost causes. To focus that energy to bettering ourselves - physically, mentally, emotionally, spritually - just an all over bettering or the soul! Oh, and to be some sexy mo-fo's in the year to come! YAH!!! :)
So, what's your New Year's resolutions???
