I can explain - Vincent is completely bonkers. I think he may have made a mistake cashing in that 401K.
It looks like a towel. There's no form to the dress at all. One of the reasons I don't watch this show.
Good Lord... to think he braved early withdrawal penalties to go on national television and make a feed sack dress with a a flower pot hat...looks like something from the cover of a Ramona Quimby (beverly Cleary) book..
I loved the dress made of coffee filters though..
